Event Sponsorship

Inventors' Two-Minute Pitch

Showcase your brand to marketers, inventors and a huge audience at this annual D2C super-event. Your sponsorship includes a one-minute description of the company at the beginning of the event as well as a judging slot on the panel of judges. Chill-Out Lounge

These high-tech recharge pods and lounge offer D2C attendees the utmost to recharge their personal batteries. The Recharge Pods are state of the art recliners designed to amaze your guests by “turning-off” trade. Each Pod envelopes guests with music noise-cancelling headsets and ergo recliner. The sponsorship includes a designated area for the sponsor, free D2C Showbag insert and a dedicated email to Convention attendees.

Meet & Greet Lounge

On Monday and Tuesday before the Show Floor opens, we have designated a room for D2C participants to meet with clients in a convenient, centralized location with coffee and refreshments. Once the Show Floor is open, there will be a different area for networking and continued meetings. Visibility opportunities include:

Mobile App

Put your brand in the hands of attendees by sponsoring the new and improved D2C mobile application. This is the hand-held information hub of the entire conference and a great way to enhance the attendees on-site experience.

Mobile Charging Station

Gain huge visibility with attendees as they recharge their mobile devices. People come to sit and check emails in the re-charging lounge. This bustling area of activity is always a huge hit with both attendees and exhibitors alike!

Ping Pong Table

Your company logo can appear exclusively on the official ERA D2C Convention badge that all attendees are required to display. Outstanding visibility!

Email Blast to Attendees

Send an email blast to the ERA database to set up meetings, announce new products, or spread the word about your business. ERA will send the sponsor’s designed content directly to the attendees via email. This opportunity is limited to two (2) emails per week; reserve this option early to ensure your company’s participation.

Overhead Aisle Signs - SOLD

Keep your brand at the top of everyone’s mind! Your logo will be placed directly below every single overhead aisle sign at the ERA D2C Convention. Huge visibility opportunity!

Registration Area

Your company’s logo will be the first brand each prospective client and partner sees as they enter the registration area to pick up their badge. There will also be a designated table in the room for any literature you would like to display.

Revolving Kiosk

Show Bag Insert

Get the word out about your exhibit space by inserting your postcard or promotional piece in the show bags distributed to all ERA D2C Convention attendees. There is no better way to ensure your company's message gets into the hands of each attendee! Inserts must be no larger than 8 ½” x 11” and must be approved by ERA show management.
