Registration Policies

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy 

All registration cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation administrative fee. Requests for refunds must be received by ERA staff via email at registration@retailing.org on the dates indicated below:

  • Refund requests received by August 1, 2017 are eligible for a full refund, minus the $100 cancellation fee.
  • Refund requests received between August 2 and August 24, 2017 are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration and applicable event fees, minus the $100 cancellation fee.
  • There will be no refunds for requests submitted on or after August 25, 2017.
 

Badges Required to Access Tower Suites

It is the Wynn’s policy that each individual trying to access the Tower Suites elevator must have their own Tower Suite key card or a 2017 D2C badge.
 

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registrations from the same company is permitted prior to the conference. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Substitutions cannot be made after a badge has been issued.
 

Group Badge Distribution/Pick-Up

Group badge pick-up is not permitted.
 

Badge Wearing

Attendee badges must be worn at all times. The attendee badge includes both the lanyard and the badge holder. Failure to wear the complete attendee badge and lanyard may result in the confiscation of the badge.
 

Badge Sharing

Each badge is intended for the exclusive use of the person named on the badge. Business cards cannot be used in place of or inserted on top of badges. In the event two or more individuals are found to be sharing a badge, the badge will be immediately voided and no refunds issued. Voided badges will not be available for re-issue. Attendees may be asked to show valid identification. Failure to present a photo ID matching the name on the badge in question upon request will result in the forfeiture of the badge.
 

Badge Downgrades 

A badge downgrade from an All Access Pass to a Show Floor Only Pass is considered a cancellation of the original All Access Pass (see the Cancellation Policy for refund information). The new registration for the Show Floor Only Pass will be based on current registration rates.
 

ERA Member Pricing Policy

In order to receive ERA member pricing for all ERA events, the member must be in good standing at the time the registration is made AND at the time of the event. If ERA membership has lapsed, the individual will be required to pay the difference between ERA member and non-member rates before an attendee badge is provided.
 

Company Name Policy

In order to receive member pricing the company name on the attendee badge must match the company name on the ERA membership.
 

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

By registering for the 2017 ERA D2C Convention, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by our conference staff and/or photographers at any time. Furthermore, you grant ERA permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.
